For over 40 years Lynne LaMarca Heinrich has been passionate about building and supporting effective nonprofits. After a 15-year career in non-profit senior management, Lynne joined the respected global philanthropic consultancy Marts & Lundy in 2000, where over time she served as a Senior Consultant and Principal, Practice Group Co-Leader, Board Member, and now Of Counsel member, working with some of most esteemed non-profit organizations in the world. In 2021, she founded her own boutique consulting firm, LaMarca Heinrich Strategic Consulting LLC to further help mission-driven organizations create impact.

 

Lynne provides consulting services in philanthropy, capital campaigns, non-profit management, board governance, strategic planning, and leadership coaching to non-profit executives.

 

Lynne’s client portfolio is varied and extensive, and includes cultural organizations, educational institutions, think tanks, conservation and advocacy groups, hospitals and medical centers, health and human service agencies, foundations, individual philanthropists, as well as corporate clients.  

 

In addition to her consulting work, Lynne serves as a member of the board of Marin Agricultural Land Trust, and on the advisory boards for the Center for Social Sector Leadership at the Haas School of Business, and Cal Performances, both at the University of California, Berkeley. She is a Lecturer in board governance at the Haas School of Business, a frequent public speaker, a passionate conservationist, and an avid hiker, biker, and traveler.
